I do not offer in person consultations as a single service. However, consultations are included when pre- booked for a service.
CAN I BOOK OVER THE PHONE?
A request all booking is done online. This allows you to schedule at your convenience and this information is found under SALON-Book Appointment.

IT SAYS YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR EVERY NEXT DATE IT CHOOSES, WTF?
You might be trying to book a service that requires more time than that date offers because of time VAGARO will continue to roll you into other dates until a time button appears.

Yes, there may be wait times. Be sure to subscribe to the Newsletters. They announce booking information. Follow @curlyhairalchemist on IG and turn-on notifications for announcements. I am living my life to my fullest and my schedule changes very often throughout the year.
IS THERE A WAITING LIST OR COULD YOU CONTACT ME WHEN AN APPOINTMENT IS AVAILABLE?
At this time I do not offer a waiting list, please re-visit my online calendar periodically and keep in touch with newsletters for any openings that become available
WHY IS A CREDIT CARD NEEDED TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
A credit card is put on file with a 50% non-refundable down payment for reservations

Depending on density and hydration level: Curly cut 60-90 minutes plus Express cut & refresh style 30 minutes

All costumers must read my Policies of how to arrive for their appointments.Fail to comply with this policy will result in an instant re- schedule. It is very important for me that you arrive in the way I have requested. This step is so vital

All appointments are accepted 1-2 weeks ahead of time. I will be in touch via phone or emails if I have any further questions pertaining to your appointment with me.
CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ONLINE?
Yes, the fastest and easiest way to view your upcoming appointments is by downloading the VAGARO app onto your smartphone. From there sign in with your email and password. For forgotten passwords select Forgot Password. Once you are signed in navigate through your profile. View your Appointments and More to re- schedule or cancel.
CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE VIA EMAIL?
I am not responsible for your re-scheduling or cancelling when emailed to me directly. Reason is because some emails go to junk and are not read. Please visit Policies under Re-scheduling
I AM UNSURE IF MY APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED.. DO I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?
After appointments are scheduled, you will receive an email with your reservation information along with information regarding our policies. One week and 48 hours prior, again you will receive texts or emails about your upcoming appointment. All customers are responsible to read policies before arriving to their scheduled appointment. Please do so by visiting our Policies. We are not held responsible if you do not check your notifications.
IS THERE A WAY TO BOOK MY SISTER AND MOM AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, if you reserve two services back to back please make a note of your family member's name with their email address and phone number where they can be reached.
CAN I BRING MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO MY APPOINTMENT?
I kindly ask that your family enjoy the neighborhood shops and restaurants while they wait for your appointment to be completed. We have other guests in the salon who come to enjoy the relaxation and solitude from their busy lives. Thank you for understanding.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
I don't recommend bringing your animals. As much as I love furry, cute adorable fluffy beings, please email me directly if you have special needs and need to bring your specially trained pooch.

All product recommendations are offered at the time of service after I have completed a diagnostics of your unique head of natural hair.
I PURCHASED PRODUCTS ONLINE AND THEY HAVEN'T SHIPPED YET.. ARE THEY COMING?
Thank you for your order, we do not guarantee 1-3 day shipping. I do ask for your patience as we wrap and pack them with care. Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping options so we do guarantee shipments go out first thing in the mornings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THE CURLY HAIRCUTS TRANSFERABLE TO STRAIGHT HAIR?
If you let me know this at our appointment I will explain how this is transferable or might not be.
I DON'T SEE ANY COLOR OPTIONS?
This is true. I do not offer color services.
DO YOU TAKE KIDS? ARE THERE KID'S PRICES?
Yes I take children, and they are the same price as all other ages. You and your child will leave with so much needed education, this will build confidence in your child for the rest of their lives.
ARE MEN ALLOWED AS CLIENTS IN YOUR SALON?
ALL GENDERS are allowed at the salon. I simply ask you are not expecting shorter haircuts under 3 inches. I am not a barber and prefer to work with all masculine individuals who want to work with their curls, not cut them off.
I HAD CHEMO AND MY HAIR GREW IN CURLY, IS THIS NORMAL? CAN YOU HELP ME?
I know going through treatment is painful, especially when you have experienced losing your hair. I am very equipped to work with your new hair and would be honored to work with you as you continue to grow in thicker and healthier.
